HEAVY - DUTY SERIES 20 and PVK CLOSED LOOP

 

In 1996 the company acquired manufacturing rihts for production of axial hydraulic units (AHSP), motors and pumps, especially the classical product range licence of the 20- series of SAUER-SUNDSTRAND. The above mentioned hydraulic units are used for road, construction and agricultural machines.

DRILLING TOOLS

 

AHP HYDRAULIKA, a.s. is producer of the boring bars of various sizes. The friction welding technique of bar body welding with high noble tools is used. This technique is more advantageous in comparing with the standard welding methods because of:

- very high quality of homogenous weld, the breaking strength of the weld is the same of higer then in the base material
- the same parameters of the repeated welding processes
- effective monitoring of the welding process
- high productivity

 

Axial piston variable displacement pumps, Series 20, are of swash plate design with variable flow capability suitable for hydrostatic transmissions with closed circuit. The flow rate is in proportional relation with the input pump speed and continuously variable displacement, which, in turn, is determined by the swash plate a ngle and is adjustable between zero and maximum value of the displacement. Flow direction is reversed by a tilti ng of the swash plate to the opposite side of the neutral or zero displacement position.

Axial piston variable displacement pumps, Series 20, are well – engineered and easy to handle. A shaft is supported on highly efficient tapered roller bearings with a high loading capacity for external radial forces. Additional pumps can be built on. The hydro – mechanical servo displacement control ma intains the selected swash plate position and hence pump displacement. Upon release of the control handle, the swash plate automatic ally returns to the null position and the flow becomes a zero one. High pressures in the pump housing can be achieved wi thout leakage even at the lowest temperatures by using suitable shaft seals. A placement of the servo valve enables to connect f unction regulators and remote control systems. Axial piston units are designed for easy servicing, comple te dismantling and disassembly can be carried out with standard hand tools, and all components or sub – assemblies are replaceable.
