AHP PV–50

AHP PV – 50 is an axial piston pump with variable displacement.

Rotor of this pump is driven by shaft which is supported on 2 roller bearings. Inside of the rotor there are moving 5 pistons parallel with an axis of rotation and they are slipping on the inclined axial bearing which is placed inside of swash plate and so they are moving with a straight - line motion.

Pistons create one suction and one pressure throw per revolution. Fluid direction is performed by frontal rotation distributor. Single cylinders are joined either with a suction or with a pressure channel of end cap during a motion of distributor.

Swash plate angle is possible to shift manually in the range of swash plate angle 12.5°(for 10 cm3) and 17° (for 15 cm3). These values correspond to swash angle of control lever 21° (for 10 cm3 ) and 27.7° (for 15cm3).


Transmissions are designed for conversion of mechanical energy to pressure one. They can be used inclosed loops of various machines where is demanded a continuous change of input parameters. The loop hasto be designed so that pump parameters, which are determined by technical conditions and by project ofspecific application, must not be exceeded during an operation.
