AHP HYDRAULIKA is a privat joint-stock company located in the heart of Europe in Slovakia.
Beginning activity of company AHP HYDRAULIKA, a. s. reach up to 1952, when the company was established by name Geostroj a. s.
In the past, company was owned by the government. Tenths years had dealed with manufacturing of earth-drilling tools for geological boreholes – for needs of geological and mining industry. Actualy, producing of those goods is comprising appriximately 15 % of manufacturning capacities.
In year 1997 was bought new technologies and has started new production of Hydraulic transmissions – axial piston pumps and motors. To the actual name – AHP HYDRAULIKA, a. s. was company renamed in 2000.
After new technology was brought , we have started with new price policy, which helped us to combine lowest prices with quality comparable to the German products. Our company has a development team designing new hydraulic components and their applications comparable with the world top products.
These days company manufacture and sell two kind of hydraulic products:
Series 20 – products of which are fully compatible and fully interchangeable with SAUER SUNDSTRAND / Danfoss products,
and
Series AHP – applicable in agricultural machines, building and road machines, as well as in garden technology.
Beside hydraulic pumps and motors, you can find in our products range also our planetary gearboxes. They are designed for the direct drive of concrete mixer drums with a drum.
AHP HYDRAULIKA, a.s. has gained Quality management system certificate QBE 02440.
Quality management system of AHP HYDRAULIKA, a. s. is in compliance with the quality management system standard ISO 9001:2008 (Exclusion: 7.3).
This certificate is applicable to:
- production and sale of axial hydrostatic transmission and connected parts of hydraulic system,
- production and sales of earth-drilling tools.
Product´s quality is assured with using of high quality precise tools and testing equipment.
AHP HYDRAULIKA, a. s. have invested 6,5 milion EUR for New technology and Production line for manufacturing of the Piston assembly – spare part for our hydraulic units.
Beside ours and Sauer´s design pistons, we are ready to manufacture also pistons like Eaton, Kawasaki, Komatsu or Hitachi brand.
Technical innovations are reflected by :
- innovative way of welding – electron ray
- innovative way of grinding – cylindrical grinder
- innovative mounting method
Using of the innovations will be achieved in :
- maximum operating pressure 52 bar
- maximum gear power
- minimum weight
These technical innovations guarantee maximum efficiency of the transmissions.
As to the quality control – all the measurements are conducted by the 3D measuring equipment, which assecurate precise parameters.
AHP HYDRAULIKA, a. s has developed our own design Planetary Gearboxes for concrete and transit mixer trucks.
Alltogether with our axial piston pumps and motors we are ready to offer complete hydraulic sets to our customers. We think, that this is good step for improving of our market position.
Gearboxes are two-stage, produced in three sizes – PPD-50, PPD-60 and PPD-70. Those transmissions are designed for the direct drive of concrete mixer drums with a drum volume of between 7 and 12 m3.
